Project Management – Webinar 2024
This 4-hour webinar will take a look at project management and the process of leading team members through the project in an effort to meet all the project goals and objectives that have been established. Project management allows individuals to apply management techniques to a project based on the client’s objectives and deliverables that are presented within the projects design document specifications. Management tools like Pert and Gantt charts along with work breakdown structures (WBS) allow individuals to establish work schedules based on project tasks and activities within the project’s objectives and deliverables.
